The Hell’s Half Mile team asks that we all help keep each other safe during in-person events at our 15th festival. HHM is about sharing stories and artistic expression. Let’s make our communal story a safe and enjoyable one.
We have conferred with the Bay County Health Department and we highly recommend that those in attendance be vaccinated. If you’re not vaccinated, please make every effort to mask up and be mindful of social distancing. Regardless of your vaccination status, if you feel sick (running a temperature, coughing, etc) please do not attend in-person events.
VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers have all be asked to wear masks when assisting guests and we welcome guests to wear masks if they choose to.
DELTA COLLEGE PLANETARIUM REQUIREMENTS
If you attend screenings at the Delta College Planetarium, please be advised that you will be required by Delta College to wear a mask at all times inside the building. You’ll also be required to fill out a very short health form to be sure you are not currently experiencing covid-like symptoms.
In addition, they have limited the seating capacity in the Planetarium to just 35 people so be sure to show up early to get a seat if you wish to see a film at this venue. The capacity limit will be enforced without exception.
STATE THEATRE
The State Theatre of Bay City is a 550 seat theater. There is plenty of space to social distance in this venue (including the awesome balcony).

We are making every effort to space the seat rows further apart than usual and limiting the overall capacity to 75 or less.
