The HHM Fest has been extremely fortunate to have a collaborative partnership over the last year with the Chemical City Derby Girls (CCDG). As a group they have helped us with outreach/awareness events, fundraisers/other special events leading up to our festival and during our film & music festival in September 2014. Our collaborative partnership with CCDG will continue this year for our 10th Year Anniversary. HHM Fest was created by volunteers & continues to be staffed and operated 100% by volunteers. We can’t do this without the support of our community. We thank CCDG for their dedication, hard work, sharing their time & talents with us to make the HHM Festival a success in the Tri-city Area.
In case you are not familiar with the Chemical City Derby Girls: The CCDG is a flat track roller derby league that provides an opportunity for women to develop confidence in their own abilities while creating team synergy. They are dedicated to supporting their community through events, activities, and charity sponsorship. We need energetic, enthusiastic and devoted volunteers like the women of CCDG to help us make our event a success. Consider volunteering and meeting others who share an interest in film and music and want to increase local art & entertainment opportunities in our community. There are many ways to help: planning, promoting, ushering/guest assistance, event set-up/break-down, reception/party support, film/photo/sound tech, concessions, merchandise, etc.
